Review:
BenQ presented its product that has slim panel display. Although BenQ claimed V920P as the thinnest LCD monitor in the world, but the reality was the edge of the panel display isn't the thinnest in the world. Meanwhile, for the center, the enclosure still showed a convex shape, which more than the claim that it has 14 mm of thickness.
Despite the design claim, BenQ V920P has a good-looking design. The enclosure is using glossy plastic, and this is including the stand or the base. Besides that, not only the enclosure, but also the panel display uses a glare type. And BenQ is the only one which use it. Actually there is no problem with glare panel, except when there is a light behind the viewers. It will disturb them when they see the contents, which are displayed on the monitor.
For connectivity, BenQ equips this LCD monitor pretty well, although it still standard. You will find D-Sub and DVI connector that have input support for various computers. There is no HDMI connector since for 1366x 768 resolution LCD monitor doesn't really need it.
On the control panel, BenQ uses standard digital button. Besides that, the button is placed on the bottom right of the monitor. Ergonomically, it will make us difficult to press it. But, the real problem is this button doesn't have LED indicator light, which makes us difficult to find it on the dark room.
