Edifier M1360, an affordable computer speaker

Edifier comebacks with its multimedia model series 1360. This model is a value class which really affordable for all circles. It is sold for around $ 30- $ 50. And of course, the specifications that it offers aren't glamorous. For overall, the components that are used by Edifier M1360 are on a low level. However, it doesn't mean that this speaker has a low ability.

It seems Edifier has maximized its product from both the design and the enclosure also the drivers that it uses. So, Edifier M1360 can reach the optimal sounds. We can say that this audio speaker gives a flat response for all frequency ranges that human can hear. And because that, Edifier doesn't provide special knobs setting for bass or treble, and only provides knob for the volume.

Relate with the speaker control, beside the volume control on wired remote control, it also provides a special button to mute the audio. Although it has a same function as turn on/turn off button. The main switch on/off button still available on sub-woofer unit. Besides the turn on/off button and volume knob, Edifier doesn't provide any other control menu. Although there is a little extra on the wired remote, which it still provides output port for earphone/headphone.

If we look at the design, the satellite driver looks different from most of its type which usually has flat square model. For the sub-woofer itself, it uses ported type with down firing driver which the position is under enclosure. From the audio level ability, it has better quality. The weakness is it has distortion on high volume.
